"Students... were treated to quite the show"
- Orleans EMC - 2013

"It is very rare to engage an audience of children from the ages of 4 to 14, but Darin Kyle managed to do that and more!  At the end of February, Metcalfe Public School was fortunate enough to have world champion tap dancer, Darin Kyle, present STOMP workshops for all students in JK to grade 8 over three days.  There was a wonderful anti-bullying message integrated into these workshops that resonated with students.  Each class learned their own STOMP routine and, following a Black History presentation from Darin Kyle on the final day, students presented their routines to the whole school.  Darin's high energy was contagious and students, even those that do not like to dance, loved STOMPing!  Leading up to the final performance, students of all ages could be found around the school and playground practicing their routines.  Before he left, Darin performed his world champion tap routine and even choreographed one last STOMP routine for the whole school to perform.  Students were so impressed with Darin Kyle that they even gave him a standing ovation....something that in my 10 years as an educator was a first to see!  Students are still asking when is Darin Kyle coming back?!?  If you are looking to have a presentation at your school this year that will engage, motivate, inspire, excite and delight students, Darin Kyle is it!  You won't be disappointed!"

"We all really enjoyed (DK Workshop's) program and I support it very much. It was great."

"St. Clare students and staff enjoyed learning the history of where STOMP came from and its purpose.  They learned different routines that were used as a means of communication in the late 19th century in Africa. Through a kid friendly presentation on anti-bullying, Darin kept his audience's attention to the very end.  Two days of performances and dancing enjoyed by all!"
